CL-II come back

ahh!!! finally my CL-II after six months could be ready by this week i hope

The things which are getting done are
1)Engine rebuild with a pad in crankcase for better compression
2)Front fork overhauling
3)General checks

She will be good to go
The painting is yet to be decided but i beleive in performance and not looks

Anyway let me explain about the pad in crank case to better understand that we have to understand how a two stroke motor works

The above image gives u an idea the air fuel mixture comes through the reed valve inlet but on a yezdi there is no reed valve jus a opening and the piston when its coming down it pushes the mixture to the top through the transfer port and compress the same by going up and then combustion and exhaust

Now the pad , shape of U comes and fits in the middle of the crank case and between the flywheel , so what it effevctively does is reduces the space in the crank case, so where for example u can fit one glass of water now only half a glass can be filled but the amount of the mixture that is comming is the same hence the force at which the mixture moves above the piston through the transfer port would be higher thus improving the comprression and the torque which equates to instant accleration this is something like a turbo charger where more air fuel mixture is forced into the engine

This was developed in 80's by Mr.Ashok and his Mech Mr.Durai they worked this and after many broken pistons cranks and seized engines they finally came up with the right size , but this alone will not help for getting the full benefit carbs have to rejetted and we need unrestricted bottle exhausts but the riot this will create its safe to keep rest standard

awaiting the RIDE!!!!!!!!!!
